Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
✔ You received the wrong product
✔ The product delivered is damaged, expired, or defective
✔ You received an incomplete order
Note:
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered medicine packs unless the issue is from our side.
You may request a refund if:
Your order was cancelled by us
The delivered product is not as described
The product arrived damaged or expired
Your return request was approved after inspection
Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after approval.

Photo/video of the issue (mandatory for damaged/expired items)
After reviewing your request, our support team will inform you whether it is approved.
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used medicines
Temperature-controlled items (insulin, injections, vaccines, etc.)
Personal care items (razors, thermometers, masks, etc.)
Products purchased during special clearance sales
Items without original packaging or invoice
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return (if eligible).
If the payment is already made, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
